Our Position

focusEDU does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising or retargeting on focusedunow.com. We use Google Analytics 4 in a measurement-only configuration (no Google Signals, no advertising features enabled).

Even though we do not sell or share your information, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and similar laws in other U.S. states give you the right to confirm this and to limit how we process certain categories of personal information.

We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days as required by law. If your request is complex we may extend this period by an additional 45 days, with notice.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification typically involves matching information you provide in the request against information we already have. We will never use information we collect for verification for any other purpose.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you, and we may verify your identity directly with you before acting on the agent’s request.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

focusedunow.com honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal we treat it as a valid opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and we automatically downgrade analytics consent to denied for that session.
